Grace Miller has provided property management services to the 34 apartment block at craigside in Kingston upon Thames.During this time Grace Miller has always provided reliable and effective management, quick to pick up and resolve problems as they arise. Just want to thank Lizzie for sorting out my key fob. It had been working for years, then when Grace Miller took over management it was deactivated for some reason. Whilst this was very inconvenient and irritating for me, I was impressed with Lizzie as she communicated with me daily as she tried to sort it out with the tech company. They provide a very personal and professional service and are easy to contact to discuss any issues that may arise. I find them reliable and efficient in taking care of the maintenance, repairs, pest control, and decoration of the common areas of the flats as well as the gardens. In tackling major works they are prompt in acquiring quotations, delivering the necessary notices to leaseholders before the work can begin and then ensuring it is completed on budget and to the required standard.
