Members of ARMA are subjected to an audit examination and report every three years. The primary objective of this audit is to offer assurances to ARMA, its associates, clients, and leaseholders that ARMA’s accredited members are adhering to the ARMA Consumer Charter and Standards. This process also serves to uplift the quality of standards within the management agent industry and safeguard the public. By willingly inviting scrutiny, ARMA members set themselves apart from rivals by displaying a dedication to providing superior services for consumers.
We are pleased to announce that Grace Miller has been rated as ‘OUTSTANDING’ in our recent ARMA Audit.
On average, only around four firms each year nationwide achieve an outstanding rating, so this is an incredible achievement and a testament to our team’s continued dedication to high standards and professionalism.
