Coronavirus Customer Update

Jonathan MillerUncategorized

We hope that you are keeping safe and well during these difficult and uncertain times. We are reaching out to our clients and residents to provide an update on our services based on the most recent developments.

In order to best protect the wellbeing of our staff and colleagues we have closed our office and restricted non-essential travel. We are all now set up to work remotely which will allow our flexible and adaptable team to support you and continue to provide our usual high level of service.  Our contact details remain the same and you will be able to contact us as usual by telephone or email.

As this dynamic situation evolves, we are committed to doing our bit, being agile and responsive to clients’ needs, pulling together through tough times and working hard towards a brighter outcome.

Our staff are taking all the precautions as advised by the Government and we continue to follow the latest advice.  In order to protect you and our staff and help control the spread of the illness we would ask that you consider the following:
Repairs and Maintenance
Repairs and maintenance requirements will be judged on a case by case basis. Our expectation is that repairs and maintenance works will continue if the work is essential and contractors are able to work safely while adhering to the Government guidance.

Cleaning of high touch-points and communal areas will remain a priority, as well as any fire safety and security inspections, tests or urgent maintenance.

Self-Isolating
If we become aware that a resident in the building is self-isolating or has been diagnosed with Coronavirus, we will inform other residents so they can take extra precautions and increase their sanitation.
Noise Levels
As many of you are now working from home, may we respectfully request that noise levels be kept to a reasonable level to avoid any disturbance to your neighbours.

Community Support
This unprecedented situation presents us all with an opportunity to pull together and support our communities and neighbours in their real hour of need. If you would like to offer your assistance to other residents in your estate or building who may need support e.g. with shopping, then we can assist in contacting property owners to share your contact details.

We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation closely and will keep you updated with any further changes we may have to make. In the meantime, we wish to thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
