Much like almost every other UK business, we have found ourselves in a new working environment and have adapted to fit the ‘new normal’ that has been caused by the coronavirus outbreak. We wanted to share some updates to let our customers, and potential new customers, know what changes we have made and how we are still serving those who need our services during this time.
 
Our offices are closed temporarily, but our staff are working as normal
 
We have made the adjustment to virtual working on a temporary basis. Our staff are working from home and dealing with the day to day activities of our agency. Our Block and Property Management teams are performing all essential services
 
Any services that can be completed remotely are happening as normal and any essential jobs that require an onsite visit, such as emergency property maintenance, are taking place with the recommended safety measures in place. If you require a home visit, we will discuss your requirements and agree any necessary measures before sending anyone to your property.
 
Property viewings are happening remotely
 
Obviously, we are unable to offer potential buyers or tenants on-site property viewings at this time, but we understand that people will still be looking to move once the current restrictions have been lifted, so we are offering property viewings remotely.  If you are interested in a property then please view the details via our website.  If you are keen to find out more then we can send more detailed photos of the property and ask our clients to provide any extra photos you might need.  If you would like a ‘virtual viewing’ this can be arranged via video link.
 
Virtual valuations
 
If you have a property to put on the market for sale or rental, we are able to offer you an initial valuation via video link. We will have some initial pre-valuation questions that we will send to you and then arrange a convenient time for you to show us around your property via your mobile phone, tablet or laptop.
 
Advice and information
 
We understand this is a new and strange time for the property market and as things are moving very quickly, none of us are entirely sure where we will end up. However, if you have any questions or need any impartial advice regarding your property at this time, we are more than happy to help you. We are keeping our fingers on the pulse with all the latest developments and can offer expert opinion on how we think the property market will develop in the weeks and months ahead.
