While the lockdown might be easing, we are certainly not out of the water yet and as the social distancing measures continue to keep us safe from coronavirus, Grace Miller are continuing to offer virtual valuations for our sales and lettings customers. We have been busy perfecting our virtual valuation techniques and are offering our customers video calls via Zoom at a time to suit their needs.
The process is simple:
- Using the contact form on our website, fill in your details and let us know you require a valuation. Alternative, drop an email with your details to chris@gracemiller.co.uk
- We will give you a call or an email to ask you to confirm some details and arrange a suitable time for a video valuation.
- Make sure you have installed the Zoom software on your mobile phone or tablet, you can download it by clicking here.
- We will contact you on your Zoom account at the agreed viewing time.
- Shortly after, we will send you our estimated valuation of your property and discuss the next steps.
