As we are sure you will be aware, the Prime Minister announced on Saturday evening that the government has decided to put the whole country under a four week long lockdown starting Thursday 5 November 2020.
The Government have confirmed that the housing market will remain open throughout this period, house moves can continue and estate agents and managing agents can still operate.
All our office-based staff have been provided with the facilities and equipment to work from home during this time and you should not experience any perceptible change in our service, save for the postponement of face-to-face meetings. Our opening hours and our emergency out of hours service remain unaffected.
In the interests of the wellbeing of our clients, our staff and the contractors we work with, we will continue to communicate where possible by email, telephone or video call. Similarly, on any site visits we make, we will continue to operate to the highest standards of health and safety. As well as adhering to all social distancing and hygiene measures, we will continue to maintain our strict COVID-19 protocol.
Essential works will continue to be undertaken. We are aware that our ability to perform more routine repairs and maintenance tasks may be delayed if our contractors are affected, but we are liaising closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure that this is as limited as possible.
We continue with our best efforts to prevent service interruption for our customers and we are confident that our team will be on hand to support you with any enquiries you may have.
